Audio about the work and academic context

Part 1: Basic Introduction

Hello, my name is Karol Guevara.
My ID number is 10244896881, and I belong to the training group 318607.
My instructor is Pamela Vaca.
This audio is part of the activity called “ Audio sobre el contexto laboral y académico.”

Part 2: Attitudes, Beliefs, and Obligations

1. My general attitudes

In both my academic training and my job, I try to maintain attitudes that help me grow and stay focused on my goals. I consider myself someone who tries to stay calm and patient, especially when I face stressful or demanding situations.

During my SENA training, I try to be responsible with my activities, even if I study from home or on my own schedule. I know that virtual learning requires discipline, so I try to stay organized and consistent with the tasks and activities.

At work, in the jewelry store, my attitude is especially important. I have to be polite, attentive, and patient with customers. There are days when people ask a lot of questions or want to see many pieces before choosing one, so I try to stay calm and provide good service. My goal is to make customers feel comfortable, respected, and well-guided.

2. My personal beliefs

Regarding my beliefs, I do not believe in God or religion. My values—such as honesty, respect, and responsibility—come from my personal experience and from the way I think people should treat each other.

I believe deeply in discipline and effort. I think that if someone wants to achieve something, they have to work hard, stay focused, and be consistent. I also believe that people should communicate clearly, because good communication prevents problems and strengthens trust.

I value authenticity. I believe that being honest with myself and others is essential, whether I am studying, working, or interacting with different people.

3. My academic obligations (SENA)

In my academic process at SENA, I have to complete all my activities on time. Since the learning is flexible and sometimes virtual, I must organize my schedule and manage my time well.
I think I should ask questions when something is difficult or confusing, because understanding the content is more important than only sending the activity.

I also believe that I should keep practicing and learning beyond the assignments, because the skills I develop today will help me in my future work opportunities.

4. My work obligations (Joyería)

In my job at the jewelry store, I have to be punctual every day. Punctuality is important because the store depends on customer service schedules, and clients expect attention on time.

I must follow all security rules carefully. Jewelry requires precision and responsibility: the pieces are delicate, valuable, and sometimes unique. I also have to handle every item with care and respect.

I believe I should always maintain a good attitude with customers, even when I am tired or the day is stressful. I should listen carefully to what clients want, guide them with patience, and provide clear information about the products.

I also think I should continue learning about materials, stones, and jewelry details, because this knowledge helps me offer better service and builds more trust with customers.

5. Final reflection

In conclusion, my attitudes, beliefs, and obligations guide me every day. They help me stay responsible, organized, and focused, both in my training and in my job.
I want to continue improving, learning new skills, and becoming a better version of myself. These responsibilities are part of who I am and the future I want to build.

Closing

Thank you very much for listening.
